With the visit of Fundesplai and the Federació Catalana de l’Esplai to Perpignan, the 195Km project ends. This initiative has allowed educational leisure professionals to reflect and train on environmental education and functional diversity.

Over the past few months, the 195Km project, funded by Erasmus+, has promoted the exchange of experiences and knowledge on inclusion and sustainability among Fundesplai, the Catalan Federation of Esplai, and the French organization Les Francas des Pyrénées Orientales. The project’s actions included meetings between educational leisure professionals and the creation of two open courses in MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) format titled Inclusion and Leisure and The ecosocial perspective in educational leisure.
The visit to Perpignan in February 2024 was the final stage of the project and allowed for the presentation of the MOOC courses and the formation of working groups to reflect on training in the leisure sector, sustainability, and inclusion. One of the highlights was the joint reflection on new collaboration initiatives, which will materialize in the launch of a new training project for monitoring staff titled “Domitia.”
Participants have highly valued the 195Km project for the learning experiences and the connections made with other educational leisure professionals.
