Domitia, a European project led by Fundesplai, enters a new phase with the launch of its pilot test of complementary training for educational leisure professionals. This training is aimed at leisure monitors and directors and responds to current pedagogical and social challenges.
Innovative training for educational leisure
The project has reached the halfway point of its implementation with:
- The complementary training itinerary already designed.
- The pedagogical guides prepared for trainers and leisure professionals.
The launch of the pilot test begins, engaging 120 participants, including trainers, monitors and leisure directors, who will test the materials and methodologies developed.
European cooperation for more inclusive training
To kick off this phase, we met with our European partners in Perpignan, in a meeting with:
- Folias Cooperativa Sociale (Italy)
- France Occitanie (France), host entity
This gathering fostered the exchange of experiences, insights, and diverse perspectives, enriching the project and reinforcing its commitment to inclusive, transformative training. The shared dialogue helps ensure that Domitia remains responsive to the realities of educational leisure across Europe, and to the current pedagogical and social challenges and trends.
