Fundesplai presents its digital escape room The Tomato Revolt, a playful proposal to learn about healthy and sustainable food addressed to young people!
THE TOMATO REVOLT, THE STORY
The tomato people have started a revolt and raised their voices against the unhealthy habits of the human population. This situation has provoked, in turn, deep discontent among other foodstuffs, such as fruit, vegetables, nuts, cereals and pulses.
In this game, young people will have the mission of resolving the conflict and trying to mediate between the parties by writing a manifesto with arguments demonstrating humankind’s commitment to sustainable food. The document will be produced by solving various tests and riddles.
WHO IS THE GAME AIMED AT?
The digital escape room is designed for teenagers between 13 and 16 years old. It can be played individually or in teams of 3 to 4 people. The approximate duration is one hour.
WHAT ARE THE MAIN GOALS?
- During the game, find the 7 arguments to build a manifesto to solve the conflict with tomatoes and other foods.
- To elaborate the manifesto that will allow maintaining the balance of the food system based on updated and scientific knowledge.
- Interact orally with the team, if the game is played this way, to solve the different challenges posed during the game.
- Establish relationships between the concepts worked on during the game and our daily habits.
