Compliance
Principles of conduct and responsible practices
Compliance is a criminal risk prevention program that includes, among other measures, our Principles of Conduct and Responsible Practices (PCPR) that are based on the code of ethics, and on the legal obligations and rules set out in the statutes. These principles of conduct and responsible practices promotetransparency, efficiency and good governance.
Our Compliance Protocol is audited by TODA and NEL·LO in 2022.
The Compliance Committee
The Compliance Committee is an internal and permanent collegiate body whose function is to supervise the operation and compliance with the Principles of Conduct and Responsible Practices for Regulatory Compliance (PCPR) and, for this purpose, exercises autonomous powers of initiative and control. It will inform the Board of Fundesplai about the measures adopted to promote knowledge and to ensure compliance with the PCPR, at least annually and whenever it considers it necessary or required to do so. Whenever the applicable legislation allows it, the Compliance Committee will have access to the information, documents and offices of Fundesplai’s collaborators. All collaborators must provide the collaboration that is required of them for the proper performance of their functions. Likewise, it will have the material and human resources necessary for the development of its functions.
Make a query on the compliance channel
The Compliance Channel is a tool to communicate, on the part of workers, volunteers and collaborators of Fundesplai, behaviors that may involve any irregularity or some act contrary to the legality or the rules of action of this PCPR. The identity of the person who communicates an anomalous action through the Compliance Channel will be considered confidential information.
