We are Fundesplai
We are a non-profit organization with a team of people committed and excited about building a better world. To this end, we have been educating for coexistence and sustainability for more than 50 years, in a wide range of social and territorial environments. As our mission statement indicates, we want to transform society through our action in the educational, social and environmental fields.
Our Mission
To educate children and youth, strengthen leisure organizations and the Third Sector, improve the environment and promote citizenship and social inclusion, with a will to transform.
Vision
We want to be a recognized and sustainable organization that combines local and global logic in its actions with territorial presence; characterized by quality and innovation and by establishing strategic alliances, especially with municipalities and the local world in general.
Our values
There are 9 fundamental values that are the pillars of the organization, our ethical basis and the backbone of all our projects and actions. These are human values ( Utopia, Solidarity, Initiative, Happiness, which guide our mission and objectives) and organizational values ( Independence, Transparency, Pluralism, Sustainability, Coherence, which mark the identity traits of the entity and how we work).
