Ernesto Gasco, High Commissioner against Child Poverty of the Government of Spain, and Albert Arcarons, Director, visited on July 4 the headquarters of Fundesplai, located in El Prat del Llobregat. Josep Gassó, president of Fundesplai, Cristina Rodríguez, general director, and Víctor Hugo Martínez, general director of Fundación Esplai, -among other representatives- showed Gasco and Arcarons the main educational and social programs carried out by Fundesplai.
Specifically, the meeting served to explain those actions that have to do with healthy and sustainable eating (topic of the educational proposal for the 2021-2023 academic years). For this reason, the visit also went through the exhibition ‘Menja. Actua. Impacta‘.
Weeks before, Cristina Rodríguez and Ernesto Gasco signed the agreement to join Fundesplai to the Country Zero Child Poverty Alliance promoted by the High Commissioner against Child Poverty . Therefore, the visit to Centre Esplai served to share knowledge, positions and projects.
