Fundesplai begins a new stage characterized by a system of General Management shared by the organization between Cristina Rodríguez, as General Director, and Carles Xifra, as Deputy General Director.
This stage is possible thanks to shared leadership and the distribution of responsibilities among the different members that make up the entity’s current Steering Committee.

It is also possible thanks to the coordination and proper functioning of the different cross-cutting participation committees and commissions provided by the organisation.
The shared General Management enables the complementarity of capacities, skills, knowledge, looks… generates new opportunities and makes sustainable the impact and diversity of programs currently carried out by Fundesplai, being able to respond to the new emerging challenges of society.
This new organizational system responds to a conceptual model that, in accordance with the paradigm of care and the desire to feminize the vision of the entity, is concretized with a less hierarchical, more shared and participatory leadership.
