On March 1 we started the Espora program with a group of fifteen women in the Penya Dominó space, donated by the City Council of Cornellà. It is a program for women in which we promote equal rights and recognition. We also promote opportunities and participation in the field of migration, refugee and anti-racism.
The recipients are young migrant women between 18 and 29 years of age in specific situations of vulnerability, who stand out in a key aspect: they are young people with detected skills and potentialities who, based on participation in the project, will be able to deepen and enhance skills in order to guarantee processes of social inclusion through the training they will take as kitchen assistants.
The project also provides support through emotional accompaniment and personalized guidance, both individually and in groups. It also affects the improvement of the personal and professional skills of young women with tailor-made training, which facilitates their entry into the world of work.
