OUR WAY OF DOING
Let us educate for coexistence and sustainability. These two pillars and our mission define all our actions. Our pedagogical principles are organized into four pillars: learning to know, learning to live together, learning to do and learning to be.
COMMITMENTS OF THE CODE OF ETHICS
Our ethical commitments to people and society The following are taken into account: respect, dignity, inclusion, equity, autonomy, participation, active listening, recognition, coherence, equal opportunities, social cohesion, networking, transparency, care for people, and the denunciation and claiming before the administrations.
Commitments to users

- Respect and embrace the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the Convention on the Rights of the Child. Always work with the best interests of the child in mind.
- Facilitate the participation of the community of the people who are the target of our action.
- To make effective the commitment with the families of the children and young people we serve.
- To take into account and support citizen initiatives aligned with our mission and values.
- To develop all our actions in the most sustainable way possible.
- Manage the funds received in an effective and efficient, transparent and sustainable manner.
- Identify the ethical origin of the funds raised and of the companies and entities with which we collaborate.
- To work to continue to be a reference model in the fields of the Third Social Sector, the environment and educational leisure.

Fundesplai’s Ethics Committee is responsible for providing a frame of reference for all Fundesplai employees, volunteers and collaborators. We want to promote ethical knowledge and best practices and encourage dialogue, cooperation, demand and commitment to our mission. If you have a question for the Ethics Committee, please fill in the form and we will get back to you as soon as possible . But remember: the Ethics Committee does not deal with complaints, only with queries. This is not a space to discuss labor or economic issues.
