With the entry into force of Decree-Law 1/2003, of 10 January, on urgent measures regarding incentives for hiring workers and improving the social protection of artists, a new savings system has been incorporated (between 1,320 and 3,300 euros per worker) when paying Social Security contributions. However, in order to access bonuses like this, a new requirement has been included: entities must have registered the REGCON equality plan (if required by regulations).
