Learning to identify and manage one’s own emotions is complicated, it is something that must be trained and that will allow us to achieve improvement with ourselves and with our environment. Because knowing what is happening to us is important, but so is knowing how to identify the emotions of the people around us and thus be able to act appropriately. It is important, therefore, that we manage to have good emotional regulation.
