From Fundesplai we reaffirm our commitment to the training and labor insertion of young people with various projects.
Youth Inclusion is an initiative that is part of the Unique Youth Guarantee Programs and in which we work supporting the independent living of boys and girls between 16 and 29 years old with functional diversity. In this edition more than twenty young people participate, in El Prat and Bellvitge.
For months we work hand in hand with the participants in their training, orientation, accompaniment and labor insertion in the world of leisure. All this so that they can take the step towards working life with maximum knowledge and preparation and so that they can gain independence and autonomy.
On the other hand, in the Youth Opportunity program there are already more than 60 people who participate in the different itineraries: leisure, kitchen assistant and administrative assistant.
The objective of this project is to accompany boys and girls in their learning process and orientation so that they can see their chances of labor insertion improved.
At the same time, Oportunidad Joven has its sights set on the needs of the productive sectors of the territory. It is a combination that takes into account supply and demand to guarantee success in the labor insertion of the participants.
In Fundesplai we also have launched the project Encoratja’t entered into the accompaniment of young women in vulnerable situations.
In this line of action we also offer training, accompaniment and emotional support to 30 women between 16 and 29 years old through the certificates of professionalism of leisure monitor and kitchen assistant.
In addition, during this project the young women have a space for emotional accompaniment by a psychologist and a space is offered to care for children from 0 to 3 years old, so that they can make their training compatible.
We also have the Dual Vocational Occupational Training (FPO) underway with more than one hundred young people who are being trained to obtain the certificate of professionalism in different training itineraries.
This route also offers a full-time contract, so that young people can find their first opportunity in the world of work.
With these lines of action, which have the subsidy of the Servei d’Ocupació de Catalunya, from Fundesplai we strengthen our commitment so that the group of young people can see their socio-working conditions improved.
