Trainers from Aragon, Midi Pyrénnées, Andorra and Catalonia elaborate the syllabus for the cross-border instructor title. Video!
Nine trainers from leisure schools in Aragon, Midi Pyrénnées and Catalonia participated between February 3 and 5 in a work session that will help establish the common training syllabus for the course for instructors and monitors that will enable them to work in the three territories mentioned above and Andorra. This project is called Trampoline and aims to increase the number of young people who get their first job in the cross-border area of the Pyrenees.
Trampoline is a cross-border cooperation project that promotes the training and mobility of young people in the Pyrenees territory between Catalonia, Aragon, Andorra and Midi Pyrénnées; designed to increase the number of young people entering the labor market for the first time and to facilitate the transition from education to the world of work. In this case, the professionals who met at Centre Esplai (El Prat de Llobregat) came from the world of leisure from the organizations Océano Atlántico (Aragón), Leo Lagrange, Las Francas, the Ligue del Enseignement 31 (Occitania) and Fundesplai (Catalonia).
One of the main lines is the realization of three courses for monitors in France, Catalonia and Aragon so that young people can obtain the title of monitors of the different territories. These will be carried out between March and October 2020.
