The evening will include the celebration of the round table «Food and Sustainability, a new paradigm for dietary planning», with the participation of Marta Rivera, research professor at the INGENIO INSTITUTE (CSIC-UPV) and Lola Raigon, doctor in agricultural engineering and professor of Edaphology and Agricultural Chemistry at the Polytechnic University of Valencia.
