During October, the selection of young people who will participate is being carried out, while meetings are organized with collaborating companies and entities.
This October in Fundesplai the first actions of the Youth Tomorrow project have begun, which reaches its second edition. This is a project for the socio-labor insertion of young people within the framework of the SOC call for the Dual FPO line.
This line aims to promote the improvement of the situation of young people with low training qualifications, based on an employment contract in training and alternation, linked to official training of certificate of professionalism. In addition, it has the individual guidance of a technical person from the Department of Social and Educational Action.
Right now, the team of technical people in charge of this project is working on the search and selection of a total of 194 young people who will have the opportunity to participate in the Youth Tomorrow from November.
At the same time, a meeting was held with all the companies and entities of the Youth Tomorrow who will participate in the project as receiving spaces for young workers. These young women, although they have little professional or training experience, will nurture these companies with a desire to learn, new ways of seeing the world and, above all, a lot of effort.
On the other hand, the Department of Social and Educational Action of Fundesplai has also developed a Round table working on the possible implementation of projects to promote and support entrepreneurship in the territory. The event was attended by personnel linked to Fundesplai and representatives of the network of companies that work with the entity.
The action is part of the European project of YoPeVa Entrepreneur, in which 7 partner countries have developed actions like this one with the aim that at the end of the project the University of Barcelona can publish materials on young entrepreneurship in the European regulatory and social framework.
