Impact” by Demà /Fundesplai can be visited at the Terra i Gust fair between September 23 and 25 within the framework of the Mercè Festival in Barcelona 2022. At the fair, located in Ronda de Sant Antoni, you can taste different dishes and tapas, attend talks, listen to music and visit exhibitions such as “Menja. Acts. Impact”… and all related to sustainable and healthy food and agriculture.
Terra i Gust is a good opportunity to discover or revisit this exhibition of the innovative exhibition of Demà/Fundesplai that reflects on local and seasonal agriculture, ultra-processed foods, plastic overpackaging, vegetable protein and food waste.
In Terra i Gust, organized by the Barcelona City Council with the collaboration of Slow Food Barcelona and the Association of Gastronomy and Tourism of the Baix Llobregat, you can find gastronomic workshops, games related to sustainable food, talks, activities for children, showcookings… In addition, on Friday 23 September at night, the Slow Food Barcelona Awards will be presented to recognize a chef, a producer and an initiative.
