On Saturday, September 17, the 2016-17 course of the esplais of the Federació Catalana de l’Esplai begins with the Movidic, the traditional meeting of the teams of monitors where the challenges of the course will be presented, the new contents of the educational proposal ” Camins” and will take stock of the summer. This year will be a special meeting that concludes the celebrations of the 20th anniversary of the Federation.
The Movidic will take place at CENTRE ESPLAI (El Prat de Llobregat) and will bring together about 300 people throughout Saturday morning. In the first part of the day, the report of camps, camps, camps … of the esplais in the months of June, July, August and September and “Camins”, the pedagogical proposal to promote the values of hiking and which is the second year that it is applied. In addition, the collective activity #Enruta will also be presented, framed in the proposal “Paths”, and which aims to promote the knowledge of nature and leisure through exchanges.
This first part of the morning will feature a lecture by Jaume Cela, teacher, pedagogue and writer, entitled “What we need to preserve in educational action”.
Training workshops and closing of the 20th anniversary
In the second part of the morning there will be different training workshops, aimed at offering pedagogical and management resources to educators. Among the trainings are those designed to encourage the participation of children in the esplais, such as digital communication to the esplais or tools to grow the teams of the entity. In addition, we will have the collaboration of various environmental entities with which we will encourage the participation of esplais in nature preservation projects.
The morning will end with a popular paella that will close the celebrations of the 20th anniversary of the Federació Catalana de l’Esplai that have been celebrated during this 2016.
