Students who are training in the cooking courses of the Centre d’Estudis de l’Esplai participated on Saturday 14 March in the Festival Sopes del Món, a social and gastronomic event in the neighborhood of Sant Cosme (El Prat de Llobregat) that Promotes knowledge and the relationship of neighbors of different origins and personal realities, through gastronomic exchange, music, art and recreational spaces for all ages.
In total, eight teams from the kitchen assistant and cook courses participated, who searched for soups from the continent that was touched and chose ten to prepare them.
The participating students triumphed with their recipes, which were highly valued.
The Sopes del Món Festival is organized by GATS, the City Council of El Prat and the Centro Extremeño Ruta de la Plata
