Guidance, training and labor insertion for young peoplefrom 16 to 29 years old.
The Department of Social and Educational Action of Fundesplai develops one more year differentprojects of socio-labor insertion for young people.
The objective is to accompany a process of learning and guidance that helps young people to increase their possibilities of labor insertion in a socially active way, as well as that allows them to direct their professional and life trajectories with guarantees of success.
In order to promote the employment of young people, facilitate the transition to the labor market and guarantee their accompaniment throughout the process, it requires a comprehensive and coherent approach, which combines interventions in different areas of action, especially educational, emotional, training and the labor market.
The projects offer young people between 16 and 29 years old three training itineraries with the obtaining of the certificate of professionalism:
- Leisure monitor, from 18 years old
- Administrative assistant, from 16 years old.
- Kitchen assistant, from 16 years old.
Other actions of the project:
- Accompaniment to job search.
- Career guidance.
- Self-knowledge and transversal competences.
- Space for affective listening.
- Visits to the productive environment.
- Social, cultural and civic activities.
- 40% insertion of the participants.
Youth Guarantee Program Requirements:
- Have Spanish nationality or be a citizen of the Union or of the States party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area or Switzerland that are in Spain in exercise of free movement and residence. Foreigners who hold an authorization to reside in Spanish territory that qualifies them to work may also register.
- Be registered in any municipality in Catalonia.
- Be over 16 years old and less than 30 years old at the time of requesting registration in the National Youth Guarantee System File.
- Not having worked on the calendar day prior to the date of submission of the application.
- They must not be studying and/or working at the time of applying for access to the Youth Guarantee.
