On Thursday, June 26, the IV Plenary of the Network of Peripherals was held in Amposta, which includes the Fundació Catalana de l’Esplai (Fundesplai), the Network of Local Entities and entities that work in prevention in the field of drugs.
Within the framework of the plenary, the annual assembly of the network was held and Alfonso Arellano, from the Social Prevention Unit of the Diputación de Huelva, intervened, who explained how this body focuses on prevention. In the round table, three experiences were presented:
- The Guide of recommendations for community prevention, Subdirectorate General of Drug Addiction of the Public Health Agency of Catalonia.
- The Young Health Promoters experience. Tarragona City Council, Prevention Service in the field of drugs and Department of Youth.
- Community intervention project in Amposta. Amposta Town Council.
