These questions will be answered next Friday, August 26, at 6:00 p.m., with Nerea Zorokiain Garín, expert in fermentation and food transformation processes through microorganisms.
With more than 15 years of experience in the sector, Nerea Zorokiain is also a co-founder, professor and consultant at the Nishime Macrobiotic Institute. In addition, he givesconferences, talks, courses and showcookings nationally and internationally.

In 2020, she wrote her first book, “Fermentación, crea recetas saludables, sencillas y transformadoras”, where she teaches Ferment at home from scratch. He recently published his new book “Probiotic cooking”, focused on caring for the microbiota.
