Fundesplai, through its training center, offers a wide variety of courses, many of them subsidized, which open new job opportunities. For example, the 15 students of Fundesplai’s Basic Cooking Operations Course will begin the final stage of their training with the start of internships in different hotel restaurants and school kitchens. This fully subsidized training consists of 270 hours of theory and 80 hours of practice. In this first theoretical part the students have been trained in wpml_nbspnormas y condiciones higiénico-sanitarias en restauración, provisioning of raw materials in kitchen, preelaboration and culinary conservation or basic and elementary elaborations of kitchen, among d others.
In the practical part that is now beginning, people will be able to learn firsthand how professional kitchens work and gain valuable training experience.
Basic Cooking Operations is part of the Fundesplai Training Center catalog, which also includes courses in the fields of leisure, management, social intervention and environmental education, among others.
