Fundesplai launches this September new editions of the socio-labor insertion programs for unemployed young people. The initiatives resuming activity are Young Courage, Young Opportunity i Youth Inclusion. The objective of the three projects is to accompany a learning and orientation process that helps young people to increase their chances of finding employment in a socially active way, as well as to enable them to direct their professional and life trajectories with guarantees of success.

Joven Valor isaimed at unemployed young people between 18 and 29 years of age and offers young men and women a professional experience of 6 months (with a part-time employment contract) in a welcoming company and combines a training and competency-based work process in the field of administration and customer service.
For its part, the Oportunitat Jove project, aimed at young people between 16 and 29 years of age, offers individualized accompaniment and a proposal of specialized training itineraries with high labor demand, such as the sectors of Leisure, Hospitality and care for people in a situation of dependency.
Fundesplai wants to innovate with an inclusive and transformative proposal: the project Youth inclusion. This project aims to support the independent living of young people with intellectual disabilities between the ages of 16 and 29. The main objective is the labor inclusion of young people with functional diversity in different leisure services.
