On Thursday, October 14, a new edition of the Tresca Jove of Fundesplai in Gavà, through the PICE call of the Chamber of Commerce of Barcelona and with the collaboration of Gavà Jove, the Youth Department of the Gavà City Council, which favors the personal development and social and labor integration of 25 young people, from 18 to 29 years old.
On Thursday, October 14, a new edition of the Tresca Jove of Fundesplai in Gavà, through the PICE call of the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce and with the collaboration of Gavà Jove, the Youth Department of the Gavà City Council, which favors the personal development and social and labor integration of 25 young people, from 18 to 29 years old., through accompaniment, training and a first work experience in the world of leisure, thus preventing vulnerabilities and situations of exclusion.
The Tresca Jove project in Gavà will provide training in transversal skills and to obtain the title of “Monitor of children’s and youth leisure activities”. In addition, young people will acquire job search skills and will have individualized support. They will also participate as promoters of a recreational activity, the Caga Tió, organized by the City Council of Gavà within the framework of the Christmas Campaign.
The Tresca Jove project continues to be a good and necessary tool for the socio-occupational inclusion of young people and thus demonstrates its roots in the territory as a consolidated and valid commitment.
