The Generalitat de Catalunya has activated the Alfa 3 Plan in 357 municipalities due to the heat wave that establishes important restrictions on leisure activities in the natural environment and will be in force until 00:00 hours on Tuesday 19/07. In the towns affected by the Alfa 3 Plan, the following measures are active:
The Government of Catalonia has implemented the Alfa 3 Plan in 357 municipalities Due to the heat wave that establishes important restrictions on leisure activities in the natural environment and that will be in force until 00:00 hours on Tuesday 26/07 (from Friday 22 to Monday 25 inclusive. In the towns affected by the Alpha 3 Plan, the following measures are active:
- Camping and routes that take place in the natural environment are suspended, if they cannot be moved to an inhabited nucleus or population.
- The activities that are carried out in summer camps located in municipalities in Level 3, can continue to be carried out, except for outings and Vibacs outside the limits of the house.
- The camps restrict activities to urban centers.
From Fundesplai, in addition, we have recommended to all groups that are in camps, camps, work camps, camps and routes that are not in municipalities where the Alfa 3 Plan is active:
- That limit excursions to environments close to the facilities where the activity takes place.
- That water and soaking activities be increased.
- That leisure activities are encouraged in indoor and shaded spaces.
- That technical jobs in the labor camps be reduced in hours of maximum heat.
- That activities involving intense physical activity are minimized.
