The Xarxa Òmnia was established in 1999 in Catalonia with the aim of promoting access to computers and the Internet, especially among people with the most difficulties. Now, the Directorate General for Civic and Community Action of the Government of Catalonia, which promotes the network, has published a book which compiles good practices between 2011 and 2014 and includes three leisure practices that are part of Fundesplai: the Bellvitge Recreation Club, the Mowgli Children’s and Youth Center and the Pubilla Cases – Can Vidalet Recreation Club.

Creativity and ICT

This is the name of the selected good practice of CE Pubilla Cases – Can Vidalet (Esplugues – L’Hospitalet de Llobregat) where a group of women between 45 and 70 years old entered the world of digital photography.

Mobile workshops for adults

The CIJ Mowgli in Cornellà de Llobregat developed a workshop exclusively focused on smartphones for adults, who had one of these terminals but did not know how to get the most out of it.

Working capabilities

 This initiative that was developed at the Bellvitge Recreation Club in L’Hospitalet focused on developing  the integration and personal, work and social  promotion of adults with mental disabilities or mental illness.
