Josep Gassó, president of Fundesplai, will participate in the Forum and explain the work of the entity in favor of the inclusion of young people with more difficulties.
Shared space for proposals
The Forum will feature speeches by different representatives of social entities, public administrations and companies that will share efforts to promote the inclusion of young people in Latin America.
The Ibero-American League promotes the Foro Iberoamericano Haciendo Política Juntos, which held its first edition in 2006, with the aim that social organizations in Latin America share a space for reflection and proposals for social inclusion policies, especially those that affect children and young people.
XI Ibero-American Civic Meeting
On the other hand, this September 6 or 7, the XI Ibero-American Civic Meeting was held in Colombia, a conference organized by the Ibero-American General Secretariat in which it participated La Liga Iberoamericana and that they focused on articulating proposals on youth and education from civil organizations. This meeting has served to prepare the Summit of Heads of State and Government to be held in Colombia in October 2016. Fundesplai and Fundación Esplai, as member entities of La Liga, have participated.
