Escape Food Junior proposes a science fiction adventure where players must avoid triggering a climate and food catastrophe, through different tests that are related to sustainable food. The adventure begins by entering the control center: a spaceship where children will obtain the keys to carry out their mission and save the planet through food.

Subsequently, they will have to overcome two other rooms: one where they will have to learn to avoid waste and to consume seasonal foods responsibly. In the second, they will know how overfishing or microplastics affect marine ecosystems and human health. Throughout the adventure, children will become aware of reducing waste, producing less packaging, eating fish sustainably and buying local products.

The activity is designed so that groups from 3 to 25 boys and girls can participate, who must pass different tests in a maximum time of 60 minutes. The Junior Escape Food is intended for families, school students and children in general who want to have a good time. Children must be between 9 and 12 years old.

Escape Food Junior is an initiative of Fundesplai, in collaboration with Cronologic, a company specialized in this type of facilities with more than 7 years of experience in the sector.

Escape Food Junior, Escape Food 2050 and “Eat. Acts. It impacts.”

The escape room is located in the new multifunctional space of the Fundesplai headquarters, where we can also find the exhibition of 1,500 m2Menja. Actua. Impacta.” that takes an immersive tour of how food systems impact the health of people and the planet and Escape Food 2050, which proposes a journey through a dystopian future for adults.
