On March 21, the territorial meeting of schools participating in the educational proposal Conectando Mons, of Oxfam-Intermòn, was held under the title “Then for a fairer world”.
In this day, organized by Intermòn and energized by the Environmental Education team of the Fundació Catalana del Esplai, 159 secondary school students and 15 teachers from towns such as Mataró, Vilanova i la Geltrú, Móra la Nova and Barcelona participated.
Together, with dynamics and workshops, we will address the causes and consequences of food injustice, and we will to reflect on some aspects such as“food sovereignty“. We will also share some commitments as citizens, as families, and as schools, to help to build a fairer food system. Throughout the day, a group of reporters from among the students themselves filmed everything they worked on.
