Ferran Adrià, president of the Bulli Foundation, visited CENTRO ESPLAI, the headquarters of Fundesplai in El Prat de Llobregat, on Tuesday, February 11. Adrià met with Josep Gassó, Anna Romeu and Carles Xifra, President, Vice President and Innovation Director of Fundesplai respectively.

Adrià was able to visit the facilities that include a hostel with 90% occupancy, a restaurant, an auditorium, work rooms and offices from where the entity promotes different educational, social, environmental and third sector initiatives. He has shown special interest in the training courses related to the field of restoration that Fundesplai develops and in the future projects of the entity.
