With the arrival of September the esplais that are part of the Catalan Federation of Recreation They have prepared hard to be able to face a course full of challenges and adventures thanks to the new educational proposal “Paths” Focused on hiking as an educational tool: outings to nature, excursions to the mountains and climbing peaks, are some of the main activities programmed.
Another novelty for this course is the new axis of animation of the educational proposal, which will be the Tina, a character created by mountaineer Araceli Segarra and representing an adventurous girl who helps girls and boys that they do not stop dreaming, that they do not lose their unique mentality of not being afraid of anything, that travel inspires them and is a learning tool and the appreciation for nature is the vehicle for all this.

In addition, this year and to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the Federació Catalana de l’Esplai, a collective challenge has been proposed: #20anys20cims. This project consists of the fact that on February 27 and 28 different esplais will simultaneously crown 20 of the most emblematic peaks of Catalonia.
