Last May, the sixth coordination meeting of the ECVET 4 e-inclusion project took place, in which Fundación Esplai participates, at ARCI’s facilities in Florence. In this three-day meeting, the project steering committee had the opportunity to evaluate the actions developed so far and agree on the tasks to be developed and implemented in the second half of 2016 and until the end of the project in August 2017.
The consortium of the project, formed by entities from France, Romania, Italy, Belgium and Spain, once the basic professional profile of the facilitator has been determined and identified what training contents should be developed, defined the team of professionals who will be in charge of developing these training materials.
On the other hand, the meeting allowed to approve the methodological guide that will support the developers of online training content and took advantage of the moment to define the agenda of the workshop in which trainers and developers will be able to work together and face-to-face in Barcelona. The training platform that will be used both for the training of professionals and for end users will be the well-known LMS platform, Moodle, which is why at the end of June, Fundació Esplai will be in charge of opening a practical workshop with the trainers and developers of the project in which everyone will be able to put their skills and knowledge into practice.
Finally, this coordination meeting allowed an evaluation of the financial and administrative issues of the project to date, as well as establishing the points to be taken into account for the coming months.
