AMA Project, accompanying teenage mothers

AMA It is a transformation proposal for young women (18 to 25 years old) pregnant women or mothers with children between 0 and 3 years old who, due to their situation of vulnerability, need an opportunity to learn in a holistic and compensating way and to be able to generate change in their perspective of life and approach to their present and future.

Young women can participate in the project with their children since we have a space adapted to the needs of children (children of young women) where they participate in a quality socio-educational space, while their mothers participate in a comprehensive and holistic training process. The action will take place in a single space where there will be two different activities, a classroom for the training of young people and a children’s space for children.

The training offer is specifically aimed at young women between 18 and 25 years old, pregnant women or mothers with children between 0 and 3 years old, who are unemployed or who have not yet had access to the labor market and with a low level of education and professional qualification.

Tresca Jove

It is a project whose mission is to promote the personal development and social and labor integration of young people, through accompaniment, training and a first work experience, thus preventing vulnerability or deterioration towards situations of social risk.

These two proposals, AMA and Tresca Jove, are framed under the umbrella of the Youth Guarantee and financed by the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce and both are aimed at young people from 18 to 29 years old who are enrolled in the Youth Guarantee and/or meet the requirements requested to register with it.
