In total, about 400 monitors, monitors and recreation managers from all over Catalonia who belong to the Federació Catalana de l’Esplai will participate. The meeting will be held in the Montesquiu Castle Park, in Montesquiu (Osona), and will begin on Saturday, April 16 with the general assembly, which will give way, at 1 p.m., to a symbolic act to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the entity.
On Saturday afternoon, there will be more playful activities and on Sunday morning there will be the traditional Technical Day, where educators can participate in workshops on new pedagogical resources while sharing experiences on leisure education from different territories.

Apart from the collective celebration of this weekend, throughout 2016 the Federation is developing different educational, emblematic and symbolic events to commemorate the 20th anniversary, and help give more visibility to the social and educational work of leisure education in our municipalities. Among these, #20anys20cims stands out, related to the educational proposal Camins sobre excursionisme, and in which different esplais are crowning the most emblematic peaks of Catalonia.
