Accompaniment to teenage mothers and Youth (AMA) is a program of the Youth Department of Fundesplai. It intends to generate significant changes and experiences in the lives of young women who are mothers of children between 0 and 3 years old from training, accompaniment and the link towards transformation and personal empowerment.
We intervene with young women between 18 and 29 years old, pregnant women and/or mothers with children between 0 and 3 years old, who are unemployed, socially isolated or with socioeconomic difficulties and, therefore, with a large number of stressors that hinder parenting patterns.
During your participation in the program we offer:
Formation:
• Course of Monitor of Child and Youth Leisure
• Personal skills and family competencies
• Career guidance
• AMA Space, content proposed by young women based on their interests.
Children’s area:
Young people can participate in the project with their children, since we have a children’s space coordinated by an educator and appropriate to the needs of the children.
