Next Saturday, September 19, CENTRE ESPLAI (El Prat de Llobregat) will host the Movidic, the traditional meeting of monitors of the esplais of the Federació Catalana de l’Esplai that serves to kick off the 2015-16 academic year.

Next Saturday, September 19, CENTRE ESPLAI (El Prat de Llobregat) will host the Movidic, the traditional meeting of monitors of the esplais of the Federació Catalana de l’Esplai that serves to kick off the 2015-16 academic year. About 300 monitors are expected to participate.
The day will take place between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. and will include the presentation of “Paths”, the new educational proposal based on hiking, a conference on the values of hiking by Jordi Quera, mountaineer and president of Mountain Wilderness International, and the balance of the summer activities of the campaign “A summer for everyone!”.
Exursionism within everyone’s reach
The Movidic will also feature the intervention of Anna Vives, a young woman with Down syndrome, designer of typographies and promoter of different inclusive initiatives, who will present the inclusive circuits, routes through nature adapted to everyone, permanently signposted in different cities and towns.
In addition, during the morning different work groups will also be organized where monitors can train and learn different resources to be able to use with children, young people and families. In total, there will be 8 working groups: En ruta per Catalunya, Enjoy the mountain safely, Les TiC at the service of hiking, Inclusive circuits “Adding capacities”, Campaign for #Dretallleure, At l’esplai eduquem en valors, We are partying! We organize the 20th anniversary and Youth Custody.
