From Fundesplai we develop the ‘Demà jove’, a project that promotes the labor insertion of young people, betting on a model of training and work in alternation, in which paid work activity is combined with professional training processes. The participant, after a selection process, is linked to the project with an alternating training contract of twelve months: 35% of the annual time of their working day training and the remaining 65% working. The opportunity of organizations and companies that open their doors to young people is fundamental in this project.
