Put your time and enthusiasm at the service of young people and groups in situations of vulnerability or social exclusion. Participating in Fundesplai’s social action volunteering is actively involved in improving the lives of these people and empowering them to make their own path. Your personal and professional experience is key to achieving this.

Through accompaniment, mentoring, guidance, advice and personal support projects, volunteers contribute to processes of social inclusion and personal development, offering real opportunities to grow and learn.

The community work of our programs for social inclusion and citizenship education generates bonds of trust, positive references and safe spaces, contributing decisively to reducing inequalities and strengthening social cohesion.
