In December 1999, La Liga Iberoamericana de Organizations de la Sociedad Civil was constituted, of which we are founding members. It is currently made up of 31 civil society organizations from 18 Latin American countries specialized in social and community development. It is during these years that we strengthen alliances with countries on the other side of the Atlantic, especially with Brazil.
