On October 13, 1999 , Fundación Esplai was constituted under the impulse of the Fundació Catalana de l’Esplai together with other organizations from the rest of Spain. Fundación Esplai – Ciudadanía Comprometida’smission is to promote citizen empowerment and its commitment to improving society from the perspective of rights, inclusion and transformation, with a special dedication to youth.
