Some of the procedures we offer from the legal service to non-profit entities are the constitution of foundations and the processing of the Declaration of Public Utility (DUP). Since the beginning of the year we have presented different constitution procedures, of which two have obtained a positive resolution. On the one hand, the Ulex Foundation, an entity that offers training to strengthen social movements that seek justice and ecological integrity.
