The educational leisure entities for children and young people participated in the act of recognition organized by the City Council of L’Hospitalet. The objective of the meeting was to thank the organizations and people who work day after day with children and young people to guarantee equal opportunities. In this sense, there are 13 entities in L’Hospitalet that serve about 7,000 children and young people with their work.
Among those who participate in the municipality, there are several that are from Fundesplai; such as the Bellvitge Esplai Club, the Can Serra Esplai Centre, the Pubilla Cases – Esplai Can Vidalet Club and the Coordinating Association of Groups of People with Disabilities of L’Hospitalet.
At the event, an agreement was also signed between the City Council and other entities to work together on future challenges that may arise in this area. In addition, it is planned to set up a commission to monitor this collaboration. The objective is to have a common space where to share experiences and resources, in order to work together in the leisure activities of children and young people in the city.
