The celebrations of the Christmas cycle are approaching, a time marked by various meals and excesses in our usual diets. To balance the balance a little these days, the EAT:LIFE project presents a new cooking activity with a proposal of healthy, sustainable and environmentally friendly festive snacks.

The session, which will be led by dietitian-nutritionist, cook and food educator Mercè Homar, will promote the use of vegetable protein and local products.
