How important is the circular kitchen?, how can we carry out actions from the kitchen to improve and facethe climate emergency? We will discover it in the free activity “Autumn cuisine”, where we will have the entity My Gran Chef, specialized in nutritional education.
To understand the keys to circular cooking (harvesting, cooking, eating and composting), we will first prepare a Warm pomegranate salad, a seasonal recipe combined with local ingredients. After making the recipe, the grains of the pomegranate will be collected to get the seeds.

Through the accompaniment of the My Gran Chef team, the seeds will be planted in a recyclable pot. After a few days, each participant will be able to check at home how their pomegranates have germinated. If, in addition, the seeds are transplanted at the indicated time, a typical tree of our ecosystem will be obtained.
In addition, attendees will receive a free ticket to visit the exhibition on healthy and sustainable food Menja, Actua, Impacta that same day.
