The relationship that exists, for example, between food and health or between health , environment and nature is becoming clearer. However, the relationship between health and the quantity and quality of relationships that a person has with others, in areas such as family, work, school or community, is not so clear.

To see this relationship more clearly, we will have the conference “Life skills, health and sustainability”, which will be given by the life skills trainer Gladys Herrera. With extensive experience in the social and educational field, Gladys Herrera is a social communicator, expert in the production of educational material and group trainer in Life Skills (HpV). She is currently the pedagogical coordinator and tutor of the virtual chapter of the Ibero-American School of Life Skills, an initiative of the EDEX Foundation, with which she has been linked since 2000.
In this context, she is co-author of ” El TransCurso”, ” La Aventura de la Crianza ” and “Con Otros Ojos”, online courses of which several editions are taught each year. In addition, he has accompanied and trained teachers from 16 Latin American countries in ways of incorporating Life Skills into the day-to-day life of the school.
Herrera is also co-author of monographs such as “Habilidades para la vida-Manual de entrenamiento” or “La Fiesta de la conversación”, as well as the audiovisual series “Cuentos para conversar” and “Retomemos”.
