From Fundesplai we develop the ‘Demà Jove‘ project, within the line of Dual Vocational Training for Employment (FPO) projects of the Public Employment Service of Catalonia.
Demà Jove is a Fundesplai project whose mission is the labor insertion of young people between 18 and 29 years old. The process includes an alternating training contract of 12 months, a training itinerary in different fields and personalized support throughout the itinerary.
Therefore, we are looking for people of these ages who are motivated to train and work, and who are committed to developing the entire process.
What itineraries do we do?
- Kitchen Assistant
- Leisure monitors
- Leisure directors
- Leisure monitors with SEN (special educational needs)
- ACNEE (Integration or special education students)
- Administrative management
- Microcomputing
Participation requirements
As a general requirement to participate, you must be registered in the SOC as a DONO (Unemployed Job Seeker).
For each of the training itineraries there are also specific requirements:
- Kitchen Assistant: no requirements.
- Leisure monitors (also with SEN): ESO.
- Leisure Directors: Certificate of Professionalism as a Leisure Monitor or a Level II Social Services CP.
- ACNEE: Baccalaureate or CP Social Services in the Community Level II.
- Administrative management: ESO.
- Microcomputing: no requirement.
Where and when?
The program will take place in El Prat de Llobregat, L’Hospitalet de Llobregat and Barcelona. It will start in November 2022 until November 2023.
