The guide and escape room are part of the European project EUKI Parem Taula pel Clima, dedicated to promoting healthy and sustainable eating.

The documents present theoretical content on healthy and sustainable eating and various gamified and participatory activities aimed at adolescents and young people. All materials are governed under Seven basic principles: prioritize the consumption of Products of plant origin, choose food produced in organic or biodynamic agriculture, end the Food waste, consuming seasonal foods, buying food produced as close as possible and in the fairest way possible, avoiding packaging as much as possible and prioritizing fresh products over processed ones.
