How can we combat food waste?, what recipes can we prepare at home to take advantage of, especially, all those fruits or vegetables that we have in the fridge?

To clarify all these issues we will have: Ada Parellada, chef of therestaurant Semproniana, and with the Espigoladors Foundation, specialized in Food waste. In addition, Ada Parellada will offer a “showcooking” live for all attendees.
