107 schools and 11 esplais of Fundesplai joined the actions for the prevention of global warming with activities in which the need to stop the consumption of food in plastic containers and other non-reusable ones was highlighted.

On 25 and 26 March, on the occasion of World Climate Day, more 20,000 children and young people from more than a hundred esplais and schools participated in the collective action #AlNatural promoted by Fundesplai, a challenge to raise awareness about the use of plastics in the food industry. This activity is part of the educational proposal for sustainable and healthy eating: ‘Eating changes the world‘.
For several weeks children and young people participated in recreational activities where they investigated the waste we generate, learned how many years it can take for plastic to degrade in nature, learned how wrappers and packaging are made, etc.
At the same time, the children made crafts with plastic waste that they showed in the schoolyard to raise awareness about how we should protect the environment.
