What uses do wild plants have and what varieties can we find throughout Catalonia?, can they be cooked? These questions will be resolved at the conference “Edible wild plants”, which will feature the Eixarcolant collective, specialized in the recovery of edible wild species and traditional agricultural varieties.
The conference will have, first, a theoretical part and, afterwards, an ethnobotanical exit. With the accompaniment of Eixarcolant, the participants will harvest several plants located at the Fundesplai headquarters and, later, they will prepare culinary preparations with them.
